Feeling Grateful; a short read

What are 3 things you’re grateful for?

I'll go first...


  • I’m grateful for being in a place that makes me feel happy

  • Im grateful for being surrounded by the people around me, even the ones that are far

  • Im grateful for the opportunity to travel


While some days are fun and filled with adventure, other days are filled with hard work and completing new goals. Then, of course, there are days where I'm my head thinking of a million things that I should be doing.


Other days it might just be like, "I'm grateful that I woke up today."


My point is, just waking up everyday and telling yourself 3 things that you are grateful for, big or small, can help put you in a positive mood towards your day.


Therefore, I encourage you to wake up tomorrow, and maybe as you're making breakfast or driving to work, tell yourself 3 things that you are grateful for. And whenever the day gets tough, remind yourself of those 3 little things. See then, how your day goes:)
